R&D Let the "child" grow up smoothly
I joined Lizhu Fuxing in 2013. When I first joined the company, I mainly engaged in R&D work. As the main person in charge of the project, my project team completed the process R&D of the first semi-synthetic variety colistin methanesulfonate and the first high-end pet medicine milbemycin oxime. However, milbemycin oxime has high cost and low output during industrialization. Seeing this situation, I felt very uncomfortable, as if I saw my own child unable to grow up healthily. After thinking it over, I decided to volunteer to transfer from the R&D department to the production department to tackle the high cost and low output of milbemycin oxime during industrialization, so that this "child" can grow up smoothly!
Through continuous development, experiments, and corrections, our team has comprehensively optimized the process of milbemycin oxime; significantly reduced its refining cost, reduced the use of solvents (from 9 to 4); eliminated the high-risk ultra-low temperature oxidation reaction; developed a high-standard production process for milbemycin oxime; and also customized the synthesis process of impurities according to the customer's special impurity requirements. Milbemycin oxime grew up smoothly.
Challenge Let the mentality undergo a "qualitative change"
In 2017, I was transferred to Fuxing's Phase II project team. At first, I wasn't very willing, because project development and construction was a completely new field for me, and I didn't know if I could handle all those complicated tasks? What if I can't do it well?
But when I saw new factory buildings being built one after another and new equipment being put into operation, all my anxiety and anxiety suddenly disappeared: Development is the inevitable trend of Fuxing, and the Phase II construction is crucial to the company. This heavy responsibility must be shouldered by someone, and soon I made up my mind to accept the challenge! At the end of 2020, the Phase II construction project came to an end, and I returned to production, still responsible for technical improvement and testing work. Although the work seems to have returned to the past, my mentality has undergone a "qualitative change": less radical and impetuous, and more tenacious and calm.
In 2020, when faced with the challenge of tackling the CEP standard product process for Tilaquin, I repeatedly organized the improvement team to conduct post-mortems, strengthened the team's confidence, and finally solved the problem by breaking it down! In production and testing work, compared to "innovation and improvement," I emphasized "accuracy, stability, and service" more to team members. Only by accurately testing the quality of products and consistently ensuring the stability of testing can we better serve production and contribute to the company's development!
There are never the words "give up" in my dictionary, I believe that there are always more ways than difficulties! This may be the so-called "craftsman spirit." Thinking of this, I am no longer uneasy, I am determined to continue focusing on doing my own thing!
