I am honored to be named a "Lizhu Craftsman" in 2020. For this weighty honor, the best return I can give the company is to maintain a calm attitude and diligently perform my duties.
During my years at Lizhu Bio, we encountered many difficulties and challenges, and there were times of confusion and uncertainty. I sometimes wondered: What is the purpose of our work? To support our families? For the company? For our leaders? Or a combination of all three? These doubts would always be resolved after overcoming technological difficulties and making progress. For me, being able to continuously improve on this platform is a fortunate thing. I am sincerely grateful to the company for the opportunities it has given me to grow and for its tolerance. This is a crucial moment for the company's development. As the saying goes, "Train soldiers for a thousand days, use them for one." No matter how hard or tiring it is, we must grit our teeth and grow with the company, transforming together.
Reflecting on receiving this honor, I believe it's due to my attitude towards work: I always strive to complete any task assigned by the company and pursue the best results, which has always been my personal standard. This year, to meet project deadlines, we often worked overtime, sometimes staying overnight at the company. The company has also done its utmost to provide logistical support, and we deeply appreciate the company's care. Only by stepping up and giving our all to support the company's development can we climb to the peak of our careers.
"Lizhu Craftsman" is a weighty honor that constantly motivates me to challenge and improve myself. Although I may still be some distance from a true "craftsman," in this warm Lizhu family, I look forward to continuous growth and progress, and to always be with it, allowing the "child" we have worked so hard to nurture to grow quickly, allowing Lizhu's biological flower to bloom soon, and allowing the spirit of "Lizhu Craftsman" to shine everywhere.
