Compliance Management

Compliant operation is the guarantee of the company's long-term development. We endeavor to improve our compliance management system to ensure effective operation. In addition, the Group conducts audits on all subsidiaries on an annual basis, and the scope of the audits covers the whole operation areas. In 2022, the Audit and Supervision Department conducted an audit of all operations, covering the whole operation process modules. In 2023, Joincare Haibin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. has obtained the ISO 37301 compliance management system certification. The compliance management performance in 2022-2023 is as follows:

Training of Business Ethics

Joincare strives to foster a corporate culture of fairness and integrity, and attaches great importance to the training of business ethics. We set out the requirements for business ethics in the Employee Manual to standardise the behaviour of all employees, and conduct trainings on the Anti-Corruption and Anti-Commercial Bribery System and the Anti-Fraud System for all employees (including full-time, part-time and contract employees). We define ethical standards to regulate the conduct of employees and partners, thereby promoting the sound development of the Group.
