The "List of Key Trademarks for Protection in Guangdong Province" primarily includes registered trademarks with high brand recognition, market influence, and value; trademarks that are easily infringed upon and require enhanced protection; and trademarks that need to be highlighted in the trademark registration system. This measure helps combat trademark infringement, effectively reduces conflicts between company names and trademarks, curtails brand-jacking and malicious trademark registration, and provides strong support for brand building.
When selecting trademarks for the Guangdong Provincial Key Trademark Protection List, multiple factors are considered comprehensively, including the company's and trademark's reputation, brand influence, product/service reputation, and corporate tax payments. The selection process also involves multiple layers of expert review. The successful inclusion of Jiankangyuan's three trademarks—"Tai Tai" (No. 3520962), "Jing Xin" (No. 3520961), and "Ying Pai" (No. 3437747)—reflects the industry's and association's high recognition and support for Jiankangyuan's intellectual property protection work, as well as the brand's market recognition.
In recent years, with the significant acceleration of the R&D and production of key products under development and the continuous strengthening of the patent transformation capabilities of R&D achievements, Jiankangyuan's Intellectual Property Department has used patents, trademarks, copyrights, and trade secrets as the main protection methods to build a comprehensive intellectual property protection network for the respiratory preparation industry, in order to better protect its intellectual property rights. For well-known respiratory preparation brands such as "Wu Shu," "Li Shu Tong," "Shu Tan Lin," and "Li Wu An," the group has applied for 74 inhalation preparation patents, including 49 invention patents.
