On the evening of August 24, Joincare Pharmaceutical Group Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Health Yuan") announced that it had obtained a "Drug Production License." This marks the official commencement of production for Health Yuan's two major compound preparations in inhaled formulations—Ipratropium Bromide/Salbutamol Inhalation Solution (Shutanglin®) and Levosalbutamol Hydrochloride Nebulization Inhalation Solution (Lishutong®)!
Recently, Health Yuan received a "Drug Production License" issued by the Guangdong Provincial Drug Supervision and Administration Bureau, approving the company as the license holder for Ipratropium Bromide/Salbutamol Inhalation Solution and Levosalbutamol Hydrochloride Nebulization Inhalation Solution, and approving its wholly-owned subsidiaries, Shenzhen Tai Tai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. and Health Yuan Haibin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., as entrusted production enterprises for these drugs.
It is understood that China's "Drug Administration Law" stipulates that for enterprises engaged in drug production, the drug supervision and administration bureau will conduct qualification audits on the enterprise's personnel, facilities and equipment, quality management, testing instruments and equipment, and quality assurance regulations, before issuing the corresponding "Drug Production License".
Public information shows that in April and September 2019, Health Yuan obtained registration certificates for Ipratropium Bromide/Salbutamol Inhalation Solution and Levosalbutamol Hydrochloride Nebulization Inhalation Solution, and they were subsequently launched, becoming a focus of attention in the pharmaceutical industry and capital markets.
This acquisition of the "Drug Production License" by Health Yuan reflects the national and societal recognition of the company's inhaled formulations. It will help the company integrate and allocate the production resources of its subsidiaries, improve its production capacity utilization rate, reduce production costs, and continuously improve its quality management throughout the entire drug lifecycle.
