Recently, the State Intellectual Property Office issued the "Decision on Awarding the 20th China Patent Award" (Guo Zhi Fa Yun Zi [2018] No. 36), and the invention patent of Shenzhen Tai Tai Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Joincare Pharmaceutical Group Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company"), "A Traditional Chinese Medicine Preparation for the Treatment of Women's Menopausal Syndrome" (Patent No.: ZL01139059.X) won the 20th China Patent Gold Award.
This award is an important award granted in accordance with the "Regulations on the Evaluation of China Patent Awards", recommended by relevant departments of the State Council's intellectual property management agencies, local intellectual property offices, relevant national industry associations, and Chinese Academy of Sciences and Chinese Academy of Engineering academicians, reviewed by the China Patent Award Review Committee, and audited and awarded by the State Intellectual Property Office and the World Intellectual Property Organization.
