On the morning of February 13, Li Xi, member of the Politburo of the CPC Central Committee and Secretary of the Guangdong Provincial Committee of the CPC, conducted a field research trip to Zhuhai to study and implement General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches and instructions on Guangdong, thoroughly implement the work deployment of the 6th Plenary Session of the 12th Guangdong Provincial Committee, and promote the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. He engaged in in-depth exchanges with enterprise leaders and R&D personnel.
Li Zhu was a key stop in Secretary Li Xi's Zhuhai inspection. Zhu Baoguo, Chairman of Li Zhu Group, and Tang Yanggang, President of Li Zhu Group, welcomed the provincial leaders to Li Zhu for inspection and research.
At the Li Zhu exhibition hall, the Li Zhu traditional Chinese medicine specimen museum, and the Li Zhu Research Institute, Chairman Zhu Baoguo briefed Secretary Li Xi on Li Zhu's current business operations, R&D achievements, and the effectiveness of its talent strategy combining local cultivation with external introduction.
Secretary Li Xi He exchanged views with experts who had returned from overseas and scientists who had grown up at Li Zhu in the company's laboratory, praising their courageous spirit of R&D innovation.
During the Li Zhu research, Secretary Li Xi listened to Chairman Zhu Baoguo's introduction of the company while also asking questions about matters of concern. He affirmed Li Zhu's R&D innovation achievements and business development results, encouraging Li Zhu to fully leverage its role as the main body of independent innovation, focus on overcoming key core technologies, continuously improve the company's core competitiveness, cultivate and attract talent, and achieve breakthrough results in the biopharmaceutical field as soon as possible.
Secretary Li Xi hopes that party committees and governments at all levels will increase their efforts to care for and support the development and growth of private enterprises, effectively help solve the difficulties encountered in their development, and help enterprises develop rapidly.
Accompanying Secretary Li Xi on his inspection of Li Zhu were Zheng Yanyong, member of the Standing Committee of the Provincial Committee and Secretary-General of the Provincial Committee; Guo Yonghang, Secretary of the Zhuhai Municipal Committee; Yao Yisheng, Mayor of Zhuhai; and Yang Huabing, Secretary of the Jinwan District Committee of Zhuhai.
