Signing two more counties to contribute to a Healthy China initiative

Recently, Health Yuan & Lizhu Pharmaceutical Group signed poverty alleviation agreements with two more counties, Guangling County and Hunyuan County in Shanxi Province, for chronic disease poverty alleviation. Health Yuan & Lizhu Pharmaceutical Group will provide 1 million yuan worth of medicine to impoverished patients with chronic diseases in Guangling and Hunyuan counties in the first year. This chronic disease poverty alleviation project is Health Yuan's first successful project of this type in North China. Previously, Health Yuan & Lizhu Pharmaceutical Group had already implemented chronic disease poverty alleviation projects in Zhaotien District, Guangyuan City, Sichuan Province and Songpan County, Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, which received widespread attention.
“The number of chronic disease patients in China remains high and is increasing year by year, with many families falling back into poverty due to illness. Health Yuan focuses on chronic disease poverty alleviation, aiming for precise poverty alleviation by donating chronic disease medications free of charge to impoverished people with chronic diseases,” explained the person in charge of Health Yuan's public welfare initiatives, outlining the company's initial intentions for chronic disease poverty alleviation. On July 15, the State Council issued the "Opinions of the State Council on Implementing the Healthy China Action," which emphasizes strengthening the prevention and control of four major chronic diseases—cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cancer, chronic respiratory diseases, and diabetes—as well as infectious diseases and endemic diseases. Health Yuan's chronic disease poverty alleviation goals are accurate and effective, highly consistent with the State Council's opinions on implementing the Healthy China Action.
Currently, Health Yuan's first respiratory product, inhaled compound ipratropium bromide solution, has been approved, marking a key first step in building a leading enterprise in inhaled formulations. In the future, based on the four major chronic diseases mentioned in the "Opinions of the State Council on Implementing the Healthy China Action"—cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, cancer, chronic respiratory diseases, and diabetes—Health Yuan may adjust its group's poverty alleviation drug catalog and conduct respiratory check-ups and other related medical activities, in order to cover more impoverished patients with chronic diseases and contribute to a Healthy China.
