Recently, The Shenzhen Stock Exchange (hereinafter referred to as "SZSE") announced the results of its 2023-2024 information disclosure evaluation for Shenzhen Stock Exchange main board listed companies. LiZhu Group was awarded an A rating (the highest), marking the fifth consecutive year the company has received this recognition. This is a testament to the SZSE's high regard for the company's information disclosure quality, investor relations, and sustainable development efforts.
The evaluation results show that Among the 2807 listed companies in the Shenzhen Stock Exchange that participated in the evaluation, 487 received an A rating, accounting for 17.35% of the total number of participating companies. The SZSE's information disclosure evaluation aims to strengthen the supervision of listed companies' information disclosure, promote the high-quality development of listed companies, and provide a comprehensive assessment of the information disclosure quality and related work of Shenzhen Stock Exchange listed companies. The evaluation covers multiple dimensions, including information disclosure quality, investor relations management, social responsibility fulfillment, internal governance, and innovation in information disclosure management. It serves as an important indicator for measuring the governance level and information disclosure quality of listed companies.
