In May, Health Yuan & Lizhu Group, in collaboration with the Chengdu Xindu Community Development Foundation, Pengzhou Civil Affairs Bureau, Pengzhou's counterpart support team for Heishui County, and Heishui County Health and Health Bureau, brought the chronic disease public welfare campaign to Heishui County.
Heishui County belongs to Aba Tibetan and Qiang Autonomous Prefecture, Sichuan Province, located in the eastern part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau. In recent years, the county has continuously improved its high-altitude disease and chronic disease rehabilitation medical service system. With the cooperation of various parties' advantageous medical resources, it has timely carried out free clinics, mobile clinics, and drug donations, effectively improving the county's medical service capabilities.
To support local rural revitalization and assist in improving the county-level chronic disease prevention and control system in Heishui County, Health Yuan & Lizhu Group donated a batch of chronic disease treatment drugs to the local area. The relevant drugs have arrived in Heishui County, and the county will subsequently distribute them to those in need according to the local situation.
In recent years, with the change in medical models and the acceleration of population aging, the prevention and control of chronic diseases has become the key to achieving the goal of "Healthy China 2030".
Wu Jing, director of the Chronic Disease Center of the Chinese Center for Disease Control and Prevention, said at the recent National Experience Sharing Conference on Deepening Medical Reform and the China Health Development Conference that shifting from a disease-centered approach to a health-centered approach is an important direction for future chronic disease prevention and control, and non-drug interventions and drug treatment should work together, while vigorously promoting science popularization.
As an expert specializing in respiratory and other chronic diseases, Health Yuan is deeply aware of the difficulties and pain points of chronic disease prevention and control, and actively combines its pharmaceutical advantages to continuously support the smooth progress of China's chronic disease prevention and control work through "drug donation" and "health science popularization".

In 2023, the "Chronic Disease Public Welfare Supporting Rural Revitalization" project has covered 8 provinces and 4 autonomous regions nationwide, helping 19,410 low-income chronic disease patients.
On the other hand, Health Yuan actively carries out public welfare health science popularization to improve the knowledge level of chronic disease patients in chronic disease prevention and control and health management, helping the masses transition from passive drug treatment to active health prevention.
