On January 12, 2024, HealthGen Pharmaceutical Group held its Spring Festival Gala in Shenzhen, themed "XIN Power, Yuan Future".

Innovation and cooperation remain the important foundation for the group's development. Looking back at 2023, despite the market downturn, HealthGen worked together to achieve excellent results. The group, with its core strategy of "innovative drugs + high-barrier complex preparations," focuses on unmet clinical needs and continuously expands its product and R&D pipelines in advantageous areas.

Thanks to continuous R&D investment and the construction of technology platforms, HealthGen currently has 8 varieties and 12 specifications of products on the market in the inhalation preparation field, successfully achieving coverage of all categories of asthma and COPD inhalation therapy drugs for existing and under-development varieties.

While R&D has brought frequent good news, the sales team has also been working hard, opening up greater market space and development opportunities for product promotion. The group has also continued to upgrade its market strategy of online and offline mutual penetration and synergistic development, and has completed the construction of a user-centric digital marketing system.

It is worth noting that at the end of last year, the group's independently developed first domestic inhaled antibiotic new drug ——Jianketo® Tobramycin Inhalation Solution was included in the national new version of the medical insurance catalog, which is expected to further improve the popularization of the drug and provide more convenient and effective treatment options for patients.

While focusing on independent research and development, HealthGen has also accelerated the group's layout in multiple disease treatment areas through diversified cooperation with domestic and foreign companies. Last year March, signed an exclusive license agreement with Taijing Bio for the influenza antiviral new drug TG-1000; October, signed an exclusive license agreement with Guangzhou Fermi for the new analgesic drug FZ008-145.

In addition, HealthGen has always been actively involved in social responsibility, insisting on the universal prevention and control of chronic diseases nationwide. By the first half of last year, the universal prevention and control of chronic diseases public welfare project has covered 8 provinces and 2 autonomous regions, a total of 19 remote areas in need of assistance, helping a total of more than 17,700 low-income people, effectively reducing the medical burden on low-income chronic disease patients' families.

On December 18, a 6.2-magnitude earthquake occurred in Jishishan County, Linxia Prefecture, Gansu Province, which seriously affected the local economy and society. HealthGen and its holding subsidiary Lizhu Group responded quickly to support the earthquake relief work, and on the morning of the 20th, donated a total of 20 million yuan in rescue funds and medical supplies to the disaster area through Zhuhai Red Cross, including 10 million yuan in cash and 10 million yuan worth of medicines, for emergency rescue in the disaster area, resettlement of disaster victims, support for rescue teams, and post-disaster reconstruction.
