Recently, HealthGen and Lizhu Group jointly launched a charity project for chronic diseases in Balinzuo Banner to support rural revitalization. The launch ceremony was attended by Zhang Yan, deputy head of the Banner government, officials from the Banner Health and Health Commission, the Banner Red Cross Society, and the Banner Rural Revitalization Bureau, as well as volunteers from HealthGen and Lizhu Group.
Government-enterprise collaboration, entering the innovative development areas of rural revitalization
Balinzuo Banner is located in the northeast of Chifeng City, in the southeastern foothills of the southern section of the Greater Khingan Range. It is a national key county for rural revitalization. In recent years, Balinzuo Banner has focused on "preventing poverty relapse, strengthening industries, and promoting revitalization," and has innovated its rural revitalization development model, sounding the horn for the full-scale advancement of rural revitalization construction.
Recently, Balinzuo Banner was successfully selected as one of the second batch of national innovative counties (cities), becoming the only county (city) in Inner Mongolia to use "science and technology supporting the improvement of people's livelihood—relying on scientific and technological innovation to help people in poverty-stricken areas increase their income and become wealthy, effectively linking the consolidation and expansion of poverty alleviation achievements with rural revitalization" as its creation theme.
Universal chronic disease prevention and control + industrial support: Practicing rural revitalization

From 2018 to the present, HealthGen has successively launched "Universal Chronic Disease Prevention and Control Charity Projects" in Sichuan Province, Shanxi Province, Gansu Province, Jilin Province, and the Tibet Autonomous Region.
By the end of 2022, HealthGen had signed 19 agreements for universal chronic disease prevention and control charity projects (including 17 remote areas in need of assistance), covering 8 provinces and 1 autonomous region nationwide, helping more than 6,400 low-income patients with chronic diseases. This universal chronic disease prevention and control charity project won the "Top 100 Citizen Satisfaction Projects" award at the 19th Shenzhen Caring Action in 2022.

Its holding subsidiary, Lizhu Group, has formulated a "Astragalus Industrial Revitalization" plan, using the "company + base" and "company + professional cooperative" models to tailor-make long-term development pillar industries. In 2022, a total of 184.50 tons of fresh astragalus were harvested by local workers in the jointly built bases in Shanxi and Shaanxi.
