Recently, Joincare Pharmaceutical Group Industry Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " Jiankangyuan ” ) and Chengdu Jinruijiye Biotechnology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as " Jinrui ” ) signed a "Strategic Cooperation Memorandum" to carry out strategic cooperation on some of Jinrui's project achievements and the innovative drug R&D fields of mutual interest. Both parties will leverage their respective strengths to jointly develop innovative drugs in authorized development of advantageous product indications 、 future market sales cooperation of cooperative project products and capital investment cooperation etc. On the same day, both parties also signed a "Technical Cooperation and R&D Agreement" for Jinrui's J RF106 project.
JRF106 inhalation solution is a Class 1 new drug independently developed by Jinrui, with the planned clinical indication being pulmonary edema. The JRF106 inhalation solution is currently undergoing pre-clinical research, and is planned to submit a pre-IND application in Q2 2023. Both parties agreed to subsequently carry out clinical research cooperation on this project, with Jiankangyuan obtaining the production and sales rights in mainland China, and Jinrui participating in sales revenue sharing. Both parties agreed to closely cooperate on research for other new indications, new dosage forms, and compound preparations under the J RF106 project.
