On the evening of February 16, Jiankangyuan issued an announcement stating that it had recently received the "High-tech Enterprise Certificate" jointly issued by the Shenzhen Municipal Commission of Science and Technology Innovation, the Shenzhen Municipal Finance Bureau, and the Shenzhen Municipal Taxation Bureau of the State Taxation Administration. This is the first time the company has been recognized as a high-tech enterprise.
It is understood that the application and selection of high-tech enterprises have strict requirements. The Shenzhen Municipal Commission of Science and Technology Innovation, the Shenzhen Municipal Finance Bureau, and the Shenzhen Municipal Taxation Bureau jointly grant the certification after a rigorous comprehensive assessment of multiple aspects of the enterprise, including the quantity and quality of its core technology's independent intellectual property rights, its ability to transform scientific and technological achievements, and its level of scientific and technological innovation organization and management.
The 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China report emphasized that "high-quality development is the primary task in building a modern socialist country in all respects." Currently, high-tech enterprises have become the "leaders" in driving high-quality development in various regions, the "stabilizers" supporting the sustained and healthy development of the economy, and the "main force" in scientific and technological innovation activities. This award of "High-tech Enterprise" fully demonstrates that Jiankangyuan has received official recognition and support in multiple dimensions, including intellectual property rights, scientific and technological achievements, R&D organizational management, and the healthy growth of the enterprise.

According to data provided by MiNet, as of February 10, 2023, there are 67 inhalation preparations in China that have passed the consistency evaluation, and Jiankangyuan ranks first in the number of products that have passed the evaluation. At the same time, Jiankangyuan has quickly opened up and covered the domestic market through important opportunities such as national negotiations and centralized procurement, its market share has rapidly increased, and it is accelerating the process of domestic substitution of inhalation preparations.
According to the "People's Republic of China Enterprise Income Tax Law" and the "Management Measures for the Identification of High-tech Enterprises" and other relevant regulations, the company can enjoy the national tax preferential policies for high-tech enterprises for three consecutive years from the year it is recognized as a high-tech enterprise, that is, paying enterprise income tax at a 15% tax rate.
