Ingredients
Phellodendri Chinese Cortex, Polygoni Cuspidati Rhizoma et Radix, Gardeniae Fructus, Rhei Radix et Rhizoma, Lycopi Herba, Pubescent Holly Root, Euodiae Fructus, Clematidis Radix et Rhizoma, Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma and Litchi Semen
Description: Brown to dark brown bullet-shaped suppositories.
Indications
Cleaning heat, removing wet, spare fluid and blood stasis, eliminating blockings and relieving pain.
It is indicated for symptoms such as pain in lateral lower abdomen, in perineum, in testis; or difficulty in urination, frequent micturition, odynuria, white drip-shaped fluid from meatus urinarius and meatus urinarius discomforts caused by heating and wetting inside the body as well as blockings in blood. Symptoms like turbid semen, gonorrhea and chronic prostatitis could be treated by the medicinal product as well.
Strength: 2 g per suppository
Method of administration
For rectal administration only.
Insert the suppository into the anus in the depth of 3~4 cm once daily for a month. Or use it under the doctor's instructions.
Adverse Reactions
Rarely adverse reactions were reported. Symptoms such as anus discomfort, or diarrhea may occur occasionally.
Contraindications
Spicy foods, wines are contraindicated during the treatment.
Warnings and precautions
1 When symptoms such as feeling of defecation, abdominal pain or diarrhea occur after administration, applying plant oil on the surface of suppository or inserting the suppository deeper may relieve the discomforts. The symptoms mentioned above will dissipate or relieve a few minutes later.
2 Only for rectal administration. Oral administration is forbidden.
3 Keep out of the reach of children.
4 Wastes of package should be disposed in an appropriate manner.
Storage
Protect from light, keep sealed and store at temperatures not exceeding 20℃.
(The medicinal product would be softened or deformed under a storage condition of high temperature. However, its efficacy is changeless. It is recommended to use after cooling.)
