Indications:
Ipratropium bromide inhalation Solution administered either alone or with other bronchodilators, especially beta adrenergics, is indicated as a bronchodilator for maintenance treatment of bronchospasm associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema.

                        Generic Name:Ipratropium Bromide Inhalation Solution Indications:Ipratropium bromide inhalation Solution administered either alone or with other bronchodilators, especially beta adrenergics, is indicated as a bronchodilator for maintenance treatment of bronchospasm associated with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, including chronic bronchitis and emphysema. Dosage Forms and Strengths:Inhalation Solution: 0.5 mg/2 mL Dosage and Administration: Maintenance: The usual dosage of ipratropium bromide inhalation solution is 500 mcg (1 Unit-Dose Vial) administered three to four times a day by oral nebulization, with doses 6 to 8 hours apart. Acute Exacerbation: One single-dose vial per administration; repeat dosing can be done until patient condition stabilizes.
